Click and Collect is available in selected OKA stores. To check if your preferred store offers this service, please visit our store locator where each store’s available services are listed.
Click and Collect is available for all non-heavy items. Please check the delivery tab on the individual product page for confirmation of eligibility.
Simply add standard items to your basket and go to the checkout. If your order qualifies for Click and Collect, you’ll see this option in the delivery details section of the checkout – you just need to tick the box and select your nearest store. There’s no need to enter the store address details as this is automatically done for you.
When will I be able to collect my order?
Your order will be available for collection from your selected store up to 6 working days from when you place your order. Please select your chosen store from the options below to see when you can expect your order to arrive in-store. As soon as your item(s) arrive, we'll be in touch to let you know they're ready.
Once your order is ready, we’ll hold it in store for 14 days. If you’re unable to collect within this time, please let your chosen store know and we’ll do our best to help.
Let us know if you would prefer to schedule a kerbside collection and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Common Click and Collect Questions
We understand that you might not be able to collect your order right away, so we’ll keep it for you for 14 days. If you know that you won’t be able to collect your order within 14 days, please give the store a call and we’ll be happy to make alternative arrangements.
Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll hold it in store for 14 days. We’ll contact you to let you know when it’s ready and may send reminders during this time.
If your order isn’t collected within 14 days and we’re unable to reach you, your order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you need a little longer to collect your order, please get in touch with your chosen store and we’ll do our best to help.
Simply request your order from a member of our friendly team in-store, and they will be available to assist you upon collection.
Yes, but they will require the following upon collection:
- The confirmation email with your order number
- The card used to pay for the order
- The card owner’s driving licence or passport
