Click and Collect
We’ve experienced an unusually high volume of parcel orders following our recent promotion, which has caused some delays in dispatch. Our warehouse team and delivery partner have an action plan in place to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please note that next day delivery is unavailable for new orders until this is resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy period.
Place an order online and have it delivered to a store of your choice for collection at a time that's convenient to you. It’s quick, easy and complementary.
All OKA stores accept Click and Collect orders.
Click and Collect is available for all non-heavy items. Please check the delivery tab on the individual product page for confirmation of eligibility.
Simply add standard items to your basket and go to the checkout. If your order qualifies for Click and Collect, you’ll see this option in the delivery details section of the checkout – you just need to tick the box and select your nearest store. There’s no need to enter the store address details as this is automatically done for you.
When will I be able to collect my order?
Your order will be available for collection from your selected store up to 6 working days from when you place your order. Please select your chosen store from the options below to see when you can expect your order to arrive in-store. As soon as your item(s) arrive, we'll be in touch to let you know they're ready.
Let us know if you would prefer to schedule a kerbside collection and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Common Click and Collect Questions
We understand that you might not be able to collect your order right away, so we’ll keep it for you for 14 days. If you know that you won’t be able to collect your order within 14 days, please give the store a call and we’ll be happy to make alternative arrangements.
If we haven't heard from you and your item is uncollected after 14 days, we'll return it to our warehouse and arrange a refund for you.
Simply request your order from a member of our friendly team in-store, and they will be available to assist you upon collection.
Yes, but they will require the following upon collection:
- The confirmation email with your order number
- The card used to pay for the order
- The card owner’s driving licence or passport
