The items in our Tailored by OKA collection are custom made, so they will take up to 10 -12 weeks to deliver.

Once your order is confirmed, you have 48 hours to change your mind. After that, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the item's retail price in the event of cancellation or significant changes

Please note that after you place an order you have 48 hours in which to make alterations or cancel it free of charge. In the event of cancellation or significant changes 48 hours after placing an order, you will be charged a restocking fee and only entitled to a refund of 75% of the original amount paid.

After 60 days, regrettably we cannot offer any refunds on returned items. In the rare case that your product is faulty we will offer to fully refund or replace it.

Small items
Small items are delivered by DPD within five working days. If you’d like your order sooner, choose the express option for next day delivery. 
    - Standard Delivery: £6 
    - Express Delivery: £10 
Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order from one of our 13 stores around the UK free of charge.

Fragile and heavy items
Fragile and heavy items are delivered within 10 working days.
    - Fragile items: £15
    - Heavy items: £49

Returns
We’re happy to offer you 14 days to make up your mind. If you decide something isn't for you, simply return it in the same condition in which it was received, and we'll refund what you paid for it.
